Recorded calls

You can choose the location where recorded calls are stored and the recording quality.

 

To change the location where your recorded calls are stored:

 

  1. Select 'Settings' from the 'File' menu. Click Recorded calls.
  2. To change the location where the files are saved, click Change. A standard window appears to select a different folder. Select the folder and click OK.
  3. Click Save.

 

To change the recording quality:

 

  1. Select 'Settings' from the 'File' menu. Click Recorded calls. Select the desired quality and resolution using the scroll-down arrows (technical details such as the file size appear below).
  2. Click Save.
