Speaker problems

 

If you have a problem hearing the sound which is currently being played, please check the following:

  1. Check that your headset or speakers are connected to the speaker plug on your computer.
  2. If you’re using speakers make sure that they’re plugged-in and switched on.
  3. If you have more than one set of speakers (which have USB connections), click on the Audio devices tab in the Settings window and select a different speaker device.
  4. Check if your speakers are being used by another application. If so, then close that application.
  5. If you still have a problem, then try replacing your headset or speakers or go to the ooVoo support center to check the knowledge base or to open a support request.
