Camera test failed

 

If your camera test failed, you should check the following:

  1. Check that your camera is connected to your computer.
  2. Check if your camera is being used by another application. In this case, you will need to close that application in order to use ooVoo.
  3. If the camera was installed and/or plugged-in after starting ooVoo, then exit ooVoo and sign-in again.
  4. If you have more than one camera, click on the 'Camera' tab of the 'Settings' window and select a different camera from the 'Select a camera' drop-down list.
  5. Check if your camera is properly installed by trying to preview your camera in a different application. If you don’t see a preview, try re-installing your camera.
  6. If the problem was not solved, try replacing the camera.
