Camera test failed
If your
camera test failed, you should check the following:
- Check that
your camera is connected to your computer.
- Check if
your camera is being used by another application. In this case, you will need to close that
application in order to use ooVoo.
- If
the camera was installed and/or plugged-in after starting ooVoo,
then exit ooVoo and sign-in again.
- If you have more than one camera,
click on the 'Camera' tab of the 'Settings' window and select a different camera from the 'Select
a camera' drop-down list.
- Check if your camera is properly installed by trying to preview your camera in a different application. If you don’t see a preview, try re-installing your camera.
- If the problem was not solved, try replacing the camera.
