ooVoo may service and fulfill some orders itself, and may utilize third party sellers to service and fulfill other orders. ooVoo processes returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by ooVoo. Returns and refunds for items purchased from third party sellers should be submitted in accordance with the current third party seller return and refund policies. If you desire to request a return or refund from ooVoo, please contact the ooVoo Support Center with the order number and the name and credit/debit card number under which the purchase was made. Refund requests made by any other means shall not be honored. ooVoo reserves the right to deny repetitive refund requests.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may terminate your subscription within ten days of the initial purchase and ooVoo will make a full refund. If you terminate your subscription more than ten days after the initial purchase for any reason that is permitted under the subscription agreement, ooVoo will refund your credit balance less a pro rated portion for services that you have already used.
In the event that ooVoo terminates your account without cause, ooVoo will refund your credit balance less a pro rated portion for services that you have already used. If ooVoo terminates your account for cause, ooVoo reserves the right not to make any refund.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are provided after ooVoo receives and processes your request, or, if applicable, in accordance with current third party seller policies. ooVoo will submit your refund request to the processor within three days, and you should expect to receive your ooVoo refund within approximately four weeks after your request. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your request once we receive it, and the time it takes your credit/debit card issuer to process our refund authorization. Your refund will be applied to the same method of payment that you used to purchase the items or services.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed your request as long as you have a valid e-mail address on file with us.
How are refunds from third party sellers processed?
Items purchased from third party sellers should be returned directly to that seller in accordance with such seller’s return policies. ooVoo disclaims all responsibility for the return and refund policies of third party sellers.
