Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your ooVoo plan, you may cancel it within 5 days of purchase in your My Account section of our web site. You will receive a full refund minus any phone minutes already used. If you cancel your plan and request a refund you must contact our Support Center by clicking here and submitting a Support request. Please contact us if you have any questions.


Subscription Cancellation

ooVoo package subscriptions auto-renew monthly. If you want to cancel your renewal you must do so through the My Account section of our web site at least 24 hours before your monthly renewal date. Please contact us if you have any questions.
